What you'd actually do

  1. Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and regions with a strong understanding of business priorities, helping ensure effective scheduling, coordination, and alignment across stakeholders
  2. Support international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries and coordination with local stakeholders
  3. Maintain trackers, documents, and team materials to support organizational visibility and coordination
  4. Assist in preparing decks, meeting materials, and internal/external presentation documents
  5. Support team events, off-sites, and other cross-functional coordination efforts

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting Directors or above in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Exercises sound judgment and maintains confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and adapting to changing business needs
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / G-Suite
