Administrative Assistant supporting the EMEA Awards team at Netflix, responsible for submissions, campaigning, and film festivals. The role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, presentation preparation, event logistics, budget tracking, and team communications. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain calendar for the Director, Talent Relations & Awards – EMEA.
  2. Manage a large volume of internal meetings (e.g., all‑team and cross‑functional meetings), often across multiple time zones (including scheduling, gathering agenda items, time management, and coordinating follow‑up actions).
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements and process related expense reports.
  4. Coordinate and help prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for team meetings and events, and ensure follow‑up items are tracked.
  5. Support planning and logistics for team events, off‑sites, and external meetings, including venue/vendor sourcing, logistics, agenda coordination, and presentation logistics.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Responsiveness and the ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and a thorough, detail‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with global and matrixed teams (highly preferred).
  • Interest in film, TV, and entertainment.
