What you'd actually do

  1. Proactive management of calendar, travel, and expenses for 2-3 senior leaders within the Business F&S organization
  2. Scheduling complex and high-visibility meetings and calls, internally & externally
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
  4. Creating presentations and documents using Google Workspace
  5. The ability to assist with team projects and events as needed

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple executive calendars
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Responsive and able to work flexibly across multiple time zones
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and work on short deadlines
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, and switch easily between tasks
  • Independent worker, with strong judgment and ability to make decisions quickly
  • Highly collaborative and ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Discreet with the ability to maintain confidential information

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred: Gmail, GCalendar, Google Docs, Google Groups, MS Word/Excel
  • Being tech-savvy is a huge plus, inclusive of an interest and ability to leverage AI productivity tools
