Administrative Assistant to support executive leaders in Netflix's Content and Content Programming Strategy & Operations teams in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, financial and operational support, event planning, and communication. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings internally and externally across Southeast Asia, and resolving scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones, multiple weeks to months in advance.
  2. Travel Coordination: Complete end-to-end travel management, including booking regional and international travel, organizing trip itineraries, maintaining passports/visas, keeping executives aware of regional travel restrictions, and processing travel and expense reports with accuracy and compliance.
  3. Financial & Operational Support: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and help track payments to external vendors. Create early drafts of contracts and sponsorship agreements for team review. Manage and track team budgets/Anaplan allocations and maintain project logs to track regional project statuses.
  4. Event Planning: Plan and manage various internal team events, team-building initiatives, and large cross-functional off-sites across the SEA region through coordination with various internal partners and external vendors.
  5. Communication & Collaboration: Handle heavy internal and external communications, manage the flow of incoming and outgoing materials, and prepare decks for internal and external regional presentations.
