Administrative Assistant role supporting senior leaders in Global Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank of America. Requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in financial services is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage complex and evolving calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
  3. Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
  4. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
  5. Support meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, and follow‑ups

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
