Administrative Assistant: Global Obesity Portfolio Commercial Development

Administrative Assistant role supporting the Global Obesity Portfolio Commercial Development team at Pfizer. Responsibilities include operational and team support, calendar and meeting management, team building coordination, travel and expense management, and project management support. Requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Pfizer systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide project management support for defined ad hoc special projects
  2. Tracks decisions and outcomes from meetings, proactively follows up to ensure deliverables are met, prepares and drafts recommended agendas for key meetings, distributes meeting minutes
  3. Manages internal communications, coordinating with Communications, HR and other partners when needed, drafting talking points and distributing final communication to appropriate audience
  4. May be asked to participate in larger initiatives, such as strategic planning, cross functional meetings, global meetings, and aid with coordination, scheduling, and management of documents
  5. Maintain calendars anticipate conflicts and coordinates across the functions, leadership team members effectively to resolve problems in advance

Skills

Required

  • bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 0 year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience
