Administrative Assistant role supporting Directors in Infrastructure Engineering at Netflix, focusing on calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, and general administrative tasks. Requires strong organizational skills, communication, and interest in technology.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage complex calendars for two Directors, including a high volume of internal and cross-functional meetings across multiple time zones, with a strong focus on prioritization and protecting leadership time.
  2. Closely partner with US-based leaders and stakeholders across the wider Netflix engineering organization, coordinating across time zones with sound judgment about when to act independently and when to escalate.
  3. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including processing related expense reports.
  4. Plan and execute team events: off-sites, team-building activities, town halls, visiting leadership from other locations, training sessions, and broader Hub-wide events. Own venue/vendor sourcing, logistics, agenda coordination, AV/presentation needs, and follow-ups.
  5. Handle general administrative work: raising purchase orders, reconciling expenses, circulating NDAs and contracts, maintaining Google Groups, distribution lists, Slack channels, and similar tools, and keeping team documents current.
