Administrative Assistant for PitchBook's legal team, responsible for task management, client compliance questionnaires, drafting legal documents, and electronic record keeping. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, and ability to learn technical information.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the assignment of tasks to attorneys in accordance with the Legal team’s task management system
  2. Coordinate the completion of our clients’ compliance questionnaires with internal stakeholders
  3. Iterate on legal team processes to drive efficiency for the Legal team and internal stakeholders
  4. In response to clients’ compliance questionnaires, provide clients a detailed understanding of PitchBook’s business including how we collect, protect, and display our data; and, when providing these responses, maintain the confidentiality of our trade secrets
  5. Participate and support requests and calls with our clients’ compliance teams

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of administrative support or client service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully exercise discretion and succeed when confronted with ambiguity
  • Ability to learn and apply highly technical information
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects for different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with individuals across the company
  • Ability to consistently self-start, learn quickly, and apply proactive critical thinking
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work
  • Commitment to relentlessly high standards and ownership of providing highest quality services to our stakeholders
