What you'd actually do

  1. Manage stock for all office and kitchen supplies

  3. Coordinate and set up company meetings and events
  4. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, maintaining contacts, and composing, proofreading, and editing correspondence and reports as requested
  5. Keeping office space, meeting areas and kitchen areas clean and tidy

Skills

Required

  • Experience providing administrative support
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with calendaring and scheduling via Microsoft Outlook
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
