Executive Assistant & Strategic Partner to support Production leadership in APAC at Netflix. Requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and communication across regions. Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is a must.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accompany the leader in key internal and external meetings. Capture high-level notes, synthesize complex discussions into actionable outcomes, and ensure follow-up on strategic commitments.
  2. Strategically plan and manage a complex calendar spanning multiple time zones and regions, grounded in a deep understanding of business priorities. You don't just "schedule", you resolve conflicts, understand who and what to prioritize, and protect the leader's time for high-leverage strategic work.
  3. Act as an operational "second brain" by providing concise briefings and gathering necessary context/materials before meetings. Ensure the leader is fully prepared with all relevant data and context for every engagement.
  4. Manage and facilitate communication across APAC. Assist in organizing and drafting correspondence to ensure clarity and alignment across cross-functional partners. Ensure radical candor and clarity are maintained across all communication.
  5. Plan and manage the executive’s extensive travel, from bookings and visas to on-the-ground logistics. You will support a very high volume of complex travel coordination, keeping pace with the executive’s movements and enabling them to operate smoothly and efficiently regardless of location or time zone. You will act as the anchor during their travels, enabling them to operate efficiently in any destination and ensuring they are fully prepared for all engagements. Because of the heavy travel schedule, you must be highly adaptable—delivering exceptional support both in person and remotely, while collaborating closely with local counterparts for on-the-ground arrangements required.
