We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally strong Executive Assistant & Strategic Partner** to support the leadership for Production in APAC**. The successful candidate will be a high-level "force multiplier" who is self-motivated, proactively tackles challenges, and thinks several steps ahead. They must be quick-thinking, flexible, and possess the strategic mindset of a Business Partner. This position requires someone who can exercise superior judgment and significant initiative, acting as a close partner to the leader in high-stakes environments. This role can be based in Seoul. The successful candidate should display the potential and ability to grow into a Business Operations, Project Management, or high-level Coordination role within APAC Production Organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic Meeting Support:** **Accompany the leader in key internal and external meetings. Capture high-level notes, synthesize complex discussions into actionable outcomes, and ensure follow-up on strategic commitments.
- Proactive Calendar Architecture:** **Strategically plan and manage a complex calendar spanning multiple time zones and regions, grounded in a deep understanding of business priorities. You don't just "schedule", you resolve conflicts, understand who and what to prioritize, and protect the leader's time for high-leverage strategic work.
- Executive Briefing & Preparation: Act as an operational "second brain" by providing concise briefings and gathering necessary context/materials before meetings. Ensure the leader is fully prepared with all relevant data and context for every engagement.
- Professional Correspondence Support: Manage and facilitate communication across APAC. Assist in organizing and drafting correspondence to ensure clarity and alignment across cross-functional partners. Ensure radical candor and clarity are maintained across all communication.
- Travel & Itinerary Strategy:** **Plan and manage the executive’s extensive travel, from bookings and visas to on-the-ground logistics. You will support a very high volume of complex travel coordination, keeping pace with the executive’s movements and enabling them to operate smoothly and efficiently regardless of location or time zone. You will act as the anchor during their travels, enabling them to operate efficiently in any destination and ensuring they are fully prepared for all engagements. Because of the heavy travel schedule, you must be highly adaptable—delivering exceptional support both in person and remotely, while collaborating closely with local counterparts for on-the-ground arrangements required.
- Business Operations Liaison:** **Maintain trackers and documents for Production projects and proactively keep the executive & stakeholders informed. Act as a connective tissue between the leader and the broader Production team.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Production and cross-functional admins to ensure maximum efficiency and output across the region.
- Expense & Project Management: Manage and process expense reports with accuracy and compliance. Run point on regional leadership events and activities that require high-level coordination and support.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant: Experience working with Senior Leadership (VP level or above) in a fast-paced, global environment is a must.
- Business Partner Mindset: Highly organized with a natural ability to create structure out of ambiguity and think several steps ahead of the executive.
- Bilingual Excellence:** **Native-level fluency in English and Korean is a must. Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with all levels of staff, and draft professional correspondence that reflects the executive's voice in multiple languages. The advanced level of Japanese is a plus.
- Responsive & Flexible: Able to work flexibly across multiple time zones and stay calm under pressure with short deadlines.
- Exceptional Synthesis Skills:** **Ability to sit in complex strategy meetings and distill them into clear, actionable next steps for the greater team.
- High Attention to Detail & Judgment:** **Is discreet and can maintain total confidentiality regarding business issues, hiring, organizational shifts, and regional strategy.
- Independent Worker:** **Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize and respond accordingly, often without direct instruction.
- Team Player:** **Operates with urgency in an ever-changing environment with the ability to multitask and lead projects in coordination with business partners.
- Industry Experience: Experience in Content/Studio or other Entertainment-related industries is a significant plus.
