What you'd actually do

  1. Provide complex and proactive calendar support for multiple leaders
  2. Make recommendations for your leaders with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization
  3. Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage all related details
  4. Prepare and expense reports on behalf of your leaders
