Administrative Coordinator providing support to the site office team, managing supplies, scheduling, reporting, event planning, onboarding assistance, and travel strategy development. This role also involves gathering and distributing project data and supporting project managers with meeting preparation and follow-up.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the site office team with day to day questions, proactively resolve day to day challenges and pitch in to help
  2. Manage inventory of the office supplies, then devise a more efficient way to keep things in stock; order supplies and equipment along with other office management responsibilities
  3. Schedule conference rooms, meetings and video chats
  4. Maintain different data for the team, such as organizational charts, distribution lists etc.)
  5. Prepare regular reports and summaries as well as presentation for the team
