What you'd actually do

  1. Calendar and meeting management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and coordinate phone or video conferences across multiple countries and time zones. Ensure all engagements are arranged in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Event and travel coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and visa applications, for both local and overseas trips. Prepare travel expenses and business claims promptly using Concur.
  3. Administrative and office support: Provide comprehensive general administrative support, including onboarding new staff, preparing purchase requests and orders, handling accruals, monitoring payments, and supporting marketing activities.
  4. Leadership and internal events: Organize and support key leadership events, such as Asia Pacific Leadership Team meetings and other important internal activities. Manage logistics, catering, and agenda preparation for departmental and organization-wide events.
  5. Business continuity and project support: Contribute to the Admin Shared Service Model, assist with department-specific projects, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving business needs.
