Seeking an Adobe Campaign Trainer to educate customers, partners, and internal teams on Adobe Campaign and other Experience Cloud solutions, focusing on product adoption and user proficiency. Responsibilities include delivering training, contributing to curriculum, managing engagements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver high-quality training to diverse audiences including end users, developers, administrators, and architects.
  2. Teach using multiple modalities: Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT (VILT), public workshops, and private onsite sessions.
  3. Contribute to curriculum design, content updates, lab environment setup, and continuous improvement projects.
  4. Manage end-to-end training engagements—from scoping and preparation to delivery and follow-up.
  5. Meet or exceed instructional utilization targets and quality benchmarks.
