Solutions Consultant for Adobe's Data & Insights products (Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Target) in India. Focuses on guiding customers, developing solution strategies, preparing demos, building technical cases, and supporting sales efforts to drive connected, data-driven customer journeys and measurable outcomes. Requires experience in presales or consulting for digital analytics, CDPs, or journey orchestration, with hands-on experience in Adobe solutions. Also needs data proficiency, journey expertise, strong communication, and architecture literacy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead discovery and solutioning: Merge industry trends and customer goals and translate into a pertinent Point of View (PoV) presentation in the customer’s context, articulating what they should do to grow their business.
  2. Deliver compelling demos: Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and outstanding technical storytelling that connect data, insights, and journeys to outcomes (conversion, retention, attribution).
  3. Run proof‑of‑concepts: Define success criteria, set up sandboxes and data flows, evaluate results, and document findings with next‑step recommendations.
  4. Build technical cases: Document assumptions, data sources, use cases, KPIs, risks, privacy controls, and scale considerations using standard tech‑case templates; socialize with collaborators.
  5. Respond to RFIs/RFPs: Own the functional/technical sections, architecture diagrams, and delivery approach in partnership with product and services teams.
