This role focuses on managing relationships with programmatic trading desk managers, providing support, training, and consultation to drive product adoption and gather feedback. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the relationship with programmatic trading desk managers, engaging with multiple customer organizational levels to understand business objective
  2. Provide services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices
  3. Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.
  4. Drive the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists)
  5. Define and improve processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers

Skills

Required

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in digital media, digital marketing or digital advertising OR Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation in digital media, digital marketing or digital advertising
  • 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, providing hands-on customer services.
  • 3 years of experience in developing media objectives and strategy documents based on client briefs and proposed media solutions.
  • 3 years of experience in providing personalized campaign and targeting recommendations that meet customer business goals.
  • 3 years of experience in analyzing media performance reports and presenting findings and actionable insights to key clients and marketing partners.
  • 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising technologies including but not limited to: DSPs, RTB, bid sharing, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, bidding engines, second-price vs first-price auctions, pixel and tag managers, cookies, view ability, etc
