This role supports the Ads Business Planning & Operations team at Netflix, focusing on translating business strategy into actionable plans, metrics, and processes. What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the alignment and management of organization-wide objectives and key results (OKRs). Lead on progress tracking, and support transparent communication of results to ensure teams are focused on the most impactful business outcomes
  2. Maintain the operating cadence for planning, execution, and review across the organization. Coordinate and support key business processes, leadership forums, and milestone reviews to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making
  3. Act as a connector across regions and functions, facilitating information flow, sharing best practices, and scaling learnings from priority initiatives and markets to accelerate execution globally
  4. Support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational improvement and business transformation. Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and guide the organization through change, ensuring effective adoption and sustained impact
  5. Support the execution of strategic programs, providing targeted support to areas that require focused attention. Remove barriers, drive alignment, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to standard, adapting to evolving business needs as required
