Netflix is seeking an experienced CRM Operations Manager to shape the vision for Sales workflows, capabilities, data, and operations to support their Ads Sales team. This role will partner with Product & Technology to develop the CRM and Regional Sales Operations to ensure local market strategies are supported globally. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Sales Operations, experience leveraging tools and technologies for Sales Operational workflows, and can drive best practices, administer the CRM system, and automate processes for scalability. This role emphasizes influence without direct authority and plays a vital role in scaling the Netflix Ads business over the next 3-5 years.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working with the broader team, establish the operational processes required to maintain and run the CRM workflows supporting Sales and the Customer life cycle.
  2. Serving as the business owner to anticipate regional/local needs into scalable, globally cohesive solutions, acting as the single-threaded owner for Central Ops in partnership with Product Management
  3. Overseeing the system and operational processes which guide our sellers in line with the developed Sales Methodology, by ensuring the CRM Opportunity and Activity tracking supports sellers to take the best action at the best time, in partnership with our Product Management team.
  4. Partner with Product Management to set a vision of how the CRM can support the Sales Methodology. Act as a Central point for Regional Operations to document the CRM workflows and working cross-functionally on the release of updates to educate field teams alongside our Commercial Readiness & Enablement team

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or sales operations in a high-growth or media/technology company
  • Experience architecting operations to translate business strategy into system design
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience in driving Sales workflows, regionally or globally
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and operational support.
  • Excellent project management abilities
