Lead the product development, testing, launch, and scaling of audience and campaign measurement products for Netflix Ads. This role acts as a single-threaded owner for both 3P and 1P measurement solutions, ensuring they meet client and internal needs. Responsibilities include managing integrations, testing frameworks, KPIs, and serving as an escalation point for measurement product issues. The role requires deep understanding of the measurement landscape and ad tech, with a focus on go-to-market processes and cross-functional execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Steward new 3P integration builds to minimize time to market, consult on development trade-offs, ensure test campaign success and GTM readiness
  2. For 1P measurement, ensure test campaign success and GTM readiness. Product will pull in measurement when needed for this work (pull from Product not push from measurement)
  3. Be the single-threaded partner that works with the Product team to triage issues and evaluate the impact of product updates/maintenance on 1P/3P measurement products
  4. Build scalable testing frameworks where applicable to bring about efficiencies in our GTM processes particularly with respect to beta testing and how we collaborate with clients
  5. Establish measurable KPIs that demonstrate impact and ROI from our 3P and 1P solutions
