The role is for a Technical Architect focusing on ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms for Risk and Resilience management within Honeywell Aerospace. What you'd actually do

  1. Technical architect providing expertise across various ServiceNow modules including ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), modules, custom application and platform maintenance.
  2. Develop expertise with the SalesForce.com platform services including the following activities: Configure custom objects, fields, and page layouts; build workflow and approval processes; build formulas and validation rules; build reports & dashboards; Build Flows and Process Builders; configure user roles, profiles, record sharing, and security settings
  3. Responsible for end-to-end maintenance of Fusion and IRM & TPRM Modules in ServiceNow including development, deploying upgrades, testing.
  4. Build & execute technical product roadmap in alignment with business strategic goals, streamline platform governance, maintenance procedures, develop coding standards.
  5. Support performance analytics for reporting including integration with other systems for automation (PowerBI, Splunk, LEAP, One trust, Fusion etc..), user account and access management, and request fulfillment
