Support the development, optimization, and control of manufacturing processes in a semiconductor/healthcare context, focusing on process performance, yield, defectivity, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement using statistical tools. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant engineering or science field with 0-3 years of experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the development, optimization, and control of manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, diffusion).
  2. Monitor and analyze process performance, yield, and defectivity trends.
  3. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and excursions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, equipment engineering, quality) to improve process stability.
  5. Assist in process qualification, technology transfer, and new product introduction (NPI).
