Manufacturing Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing processes for machining components, driving continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and quality, and collaborating with various teams. Requires experience in manufacturing environments, CAD/CAM software, and knowledge of machining and metallurgies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assists in the maintenance of manufacturing processes for assigned areas of machining including development, validation, maintenance and improvement of;
  2. Collects data and assists in the analysis of manufacturing costs in support of strategic Make/Buy decision making.
  3. Participant in executing all aspects of production traceability and configuration control including changes/corrections to bills of materials, shop-floor routings, technical work instructions, NC programs and inspection & test plans.
  4. Participant in the NCM (Non-Conforming Material) disposition process.
  5. Assist in investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions related to significant internal issues, customer complaints or third-party audits.
