What you'd actually do

  1. In partnership with internal Uber Eats Commercial Team, Team Lead will develop and implement the strategy that enables sellers to exceed revenue targets and drive quota attainment across the full Uber Demand Generation product suite
  2. Use data and insights from merchants, Uber, and 3P sources to build the strategy and identify areas of opportunity
  3. Lead and mentor world class sales and account management professionals
  4. Partner with L&D to ensure team has appropriate enablement materials and has confidence in their ability to pitch and objection handle
  5. Hold team accountable to Uber’s values, Commercial Competencies, and expectations of a world class sales organization

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales role (preferably ads or related field)
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts throughout the sales cycle (acquisition to growth and retention)
  • Understanding of ads / media terminology

Nice to have

  • Prior management experience
  • Experience with sales enablement and business health systems (Salesforce, Gong, Tableau, etc), and ability to hold themselves and team accountable to inputs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and set an example for a team (even if in unofficial leadership capacity)
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships internally and externally
