What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, scope, and execute analytics efforts that answer business questions, solve scientific needs, and add value.
  2. Collaborate with the analytics team to review and provide feedback on the analytics performed, and seek feedback from stakeholders.
  3. Design, implement, and develop enterprise-level marketing analytics capabilities, including data engineering, technology platforms, algorithms, and change management.
  4. Evaluate and benchmark the performance of different analytical approaches and provide guidance on metrics and best practices.
  5. Perform cutting-edge research in an area of data science, marketing analytics, and decision analytics.

Skills

Required

  • Ph.D. in Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, or related field
  • 3 years of experience with advanced statistical models and machine learning methods
  • 3 years of experience with R or Python developing advanced analytical models
  • 3 years of experience performing end-to-end analysis of data using machine learning models
  • 1 year of experience with developing automation projects
  • 1 year of experience with version control (Github)
  • 1 year of experience with medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical data
