Advisory Program Manager Global Sales Enablement

UiPath is seeking an Advisory Program Manager for Global Sales Enablement to design, roll out, and optimize sales enablement initiatives. This role will translate go-to-market strategy into actionable field programs to drive pipeline and win rates, working closely with various teams like Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success. Responsibilities include developing playbooks, collaborating cross-functionally, activating programs through various channels, and reporting on KPIs to optimize effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enablement or GTM roles, a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, and experience building enablement programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end development and execution of global enablement programs —from scoping and planning to field rollout and impact/success measurement and reporting
  2. Partner with Product Marketing to translate product/solution messaging into actionable field enablement
  3. Activate the managed programs through live enablement (e.g., Masterminds, office hours, enablement sessions), async learning, and communications
  4. Define the right KPIs for tracking adoption, engagement, and impact for each of the assigned programs

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in enablement, sales operations, or a GTM-focused role (e.g., sales, sales enablement, product marketing)
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and go-to-market motions
  • Proven experience building or delivering enablement programs and/or sales playbooks
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into simple, field-ready guidance
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills

Nice to have

  • Consulting experience is a plus
  • Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., HighSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
