Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2 Years of related experience or Master's degree with 1 Year of related experience
  • U.S. Government Secret (or higher) security clearance
  • Ability to innovate and lead digital transformation efforts
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Nice to have

  • Hands-on mechanical integration experience
  • Experience with aerospace standards/guidelines
  • Experience with MES, or other digital work instruction platform
  • Experience working with operational hazards
  • Experience performing formal requirements decomposition and/or verification
