What you'd actually do

  1. Subject matter expert on Asset Management tasks
  2. Analyze financial statements and property operating statements
  3. Conduct property inspections
  4. Review reserve draws
  5. Process consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Agency Asset Management

Nice to have

  • 6+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • 6+ years of experience analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements
  • 6+ years of asset management experience with managing Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac Agency property inspection experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
  • Freddie Mac Exempt Inspector Status or equivalent inspection experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and mine data
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Mortgage Banker’s Association (MBA) Multifamily Property Inspections Certification
