What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as Reddit’s primary day-to-day liaison for assigned HoldCo/Indy teams, supporting the development and execution of partnership programs
  2. Draft and execute quarterly work plans aligned to broader annual agency strategy
  3. Support the build and implementation of Agency Development annual and quarterly plans for assigned agencies
  4. Own project management of partnership initiatives, including tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and reporting on performance against annual goals
  5. Partner with Activations and Enablement teams to support the execution of educational programs and training initiatives using internal and external insights

Skills

Required

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital media, agency partnerships, sales support, or account management
  • Experience working with agency holding companies, preferably within the Omnicom ecosystem
  • Proven ability to manage projects, track performance, and execute against defined objectives
  • Strong relationship management skills with experience engaging mid-level agency stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
