Agency Lead

This role is for a Regional Agency Lead (ANZ) at Pinterest, focused on growing the agency business by building executive relationships, educating agencies on the Pinterest ad platform, and driving revenue. The role involves partnering with sales teams, negotiating commercial partnerships, and leveraging AI-powered tools for audience targeting, campaign performance forecasting, and creative optimization to help clients achieve their goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive incremental and new business revenue with top agencies
  2. Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners
  3. Partner closely with Pinterest Sales Managers and leadership to execute the agency strategy in conjunction with the sales teams’ priorities
  4. Build, negotiate and close annual commercial partnerships with assigned agency networks following central guidelines and policies in collaboration with our Commercial team.
  5. Utilize predictive modeling to forecast campaign performance and budget impact, enabling smarter allocation of resources for clients.

Skills

Required

  • Digital advertising agency and agency sales experience
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing commercial partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered analytics platforms to identify trends, segment audiences, and optimize campaign strategies for clients.
  • Experience utilizing AI-based creative tools to produce, test, and refine advertising content, and deliver data-backed recommendations for creative optimization.
