Allstate is hiring an Agency Manager to manage day-to-day operations, develop business and marketing strategies, lead a sales team, and ensure compliance with Allstate's standards. The role requires strong management, sales, coaching, and community engagement skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a quality agency portfolio encompassing finances, operations, recruiting and marketing strategies for the assigned Agency.
  2. Identify, develop and implement best management practices while establishing and promoting growth by building and expanding centres of influence in the communities.
  3. Drive and deliver optimal Agency results within appropriate metrics, including quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity, customer satisfaction and financial performance, including compliance with all Allstate rules, procedures and standards.
  4. Recruit and maintain a pipeline of candidates for all roles within the Agency to ensure staffing plans are achieved.
  5. Lead, coach, motivate and mentor staff ensuring their ability to reach their full potential.

Skills

Required

  • 7 years management experience
  • 2 years successfully managing a sales team or business
  • OTL license or willingness to obtain one
  • well connected in the community
