Agency Solutions Manager

This role focuses on partnering with advertising agencies to leverage Meta's advertising products and solutions. The primary goal is to educate agencies, drive adoption of Meta's solutions, and ultimately improve advertising success for their clients. While the role involves integrating and utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact, the core function is not building or researching AI models, but rather applying them within a marketing and advertising context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices and working hand in hand with client teams in developing scaled approaches to drive solutions adoption
  2. Analyze data and insights to identify areas of opportunity, and guide the strategy and partnership roadmap to drive growth
  3. Provide extensive training to agencies to build broad skills in implementation and consulting of Meta solutions
  4. Influence product innovation based on agencies’ and client needs and feedback
  5. Work and collaborate with groups of internal cross-functional teams as well as other regions to foster exchange of best practices

Skills

Required

  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms and social advertising
  • Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement strategy and providing insights and campaign optimizations and recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative and analytical skills, a focus on providing valued partnership, and demonstrated experience prioritizing competing deliverables and meeting deadlines in a collaborative, team-focused environment
  • Advanced analytical skills, experience with analyzing datasets and measurement studies and delivering actionable insights
  • Experience working directly with agencies, media and/or consulting companies and presenting to external stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Demonstrated experience influencing internal and external stakeholders - anticipating challenges and objections, providing solutions and guidance with support
  • Experience leading and managing initiatives and complex work-streams autonomously, with a high degree of accountability and high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Established network in and knowledge of the social media and/or agency ecosystem
  • Demonstrated media (agency) experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience working with data visualization tools, SQL
  • Extensive experience as a Meta user and with Meta’s ad products
  • Experience working with or at Brand/Branding Focused companies
