Agentforce Account Executive

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Specialist Account Executive to partner with core Account Executives in identifying, shaping, and closing complex, high-value AI-led transformation opportunities. This role involves leading end-to-end sales cycles, translating AI and automation capabilities into tangible business outcomes, and engaging with both technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, particularly selling AI or platform-based solutions, with a strong ability to articulate business value and ROI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with core Account Executives to identify, shape, and close Agentforce opportunities across a defined territory
  2. Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Agentforce, from discovery through to deal closure, in a co-prime capacity
  3. Drive deep discovery conversations to uncover customer challenges across productivity, cost optimisation, and customer experience
  4. Translate AI and automation capabilities into clear business outcomes, building compelling value cases and transformation narratives
  5. Develop and present Points of View (PoVs) that articulate how AI agents can reshape customer operations and deliver measurable ROI

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience in enterprise or commercial B2B sales, ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience selling AI, automation, data, or platform-based solutions
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value, particularly in emerging technology areas
  • A track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth, high-change environment
  • Experience leading consultative discovery and building executive-level relationships
  • Familiarity with modern data and AI ecosystems (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure, ML/AI platforms)
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to build and articulate ROI-driven business cases
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
