Salesforce is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead the adoption and strategic implementation of AI-powered Agentforce solutions for key customers. This role focuses on solutioning, strategic oversight, and executive relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor to bridge customer needs with product innovation. Responsibilities include defining Agentic AI strategy, establishing guardrails for responsible AI usage, overseeing complex deployments, and providing field insights to influence product development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the analysis and strategic design of intelligent AI-powered agents within Salesforce environments, leveraging Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
  2. Provide comprehensive oversight for the successful deployment of Agentforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing customer infrastructure.
  3. Serve as the primary front-facing contact for Agentforce deployments, building and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives and key customer stakeholders.
  4. Lead discussions around Agentic AI strategy and roadmapping for customers.
  5. Serve as a vital feedback loop between customers and internal product/engineering teams.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic solutioning and oversight of cloud-based technology deployments
