Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce & D360 Architect to guide customers in becoming an Agentic Enterprise. This customer-facing role involves acting as a strategic technical advisor, mastering Data and AI components, leading technical presales POCs, and guiding customers through production activation. The role focuses on accelerating adoption, maximizing consumption of Data & AI products, and pioneering the Solution Engineering operating model for this new business paradigm.

What you'd actually do

  1. Strategic Deal Support: Engage directly with the sales team on our most strategic accounts. Lead technical discovery, design, and presentation of Agentforce and Data 360 solutions.
  2. Workshops & Proof of Concepts (POCs): Define customer use cases and deliver compelling 1:1 workshops, customized demos, and hands-on POCs/Pilots that showcase the power of our platforms.
  3. Solution Architecture & Recommendations: Develop detailed data architectures, provide specific SKU recommendations, and define credit consumption estimations.
  4. Expert Collaboration: Serve as the deep product expert for Agentforce & Data 360, partnering with our global AI & Data teams to bring comprehensive domain expertise to every customer interaction.
  5. Product Roadmap Advocacy: Work closely with Product Management to provide customers with insight into the product roadmap and ensure they have access to the latest innovations, creating a tight feedback loop between our customers and our product strategy.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Architect.
  • Deep, proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360, including data modeling, ingestion, and identity resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery, design, and presentation of complex solutions.
  • Experience guiding customers through the entire lifecycle from pre-sales to production activation.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and consumption models.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
