Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce & Data 360 Specialist in Tokyo, Japan. This role is within the Solutions department, focusing on pre-sales engineering and solution architecture for AI-powered CRM and data solutions. The specialist will collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to propose, demonstrate, and answer technical questions about Salesforce products, particularly Agentforce (AI agents) and Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud). Responsibilities include creating proposals, delivering demonstrations, providing technical support, conducting training, supporting marketing activities, and creating sales collateral. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) and external partners to drive product adoption and address technical challenges. The goal is to contribute to business growth by acting as a trusted expert in AI CRM and data solutions.

  5. セミナーやイベントでの登壇、プレゼンテーション、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援し、ソリューションを市場へ広く価値訴求する活動を実施

Required

  • Software product sales or implementation experience (pre-sales engineer/architect/system engineer)
  • Consulting and solution design experience
  • Presentation/demonstration experience for customers, seminars, and events
