This role leads the adoption of Oracle Healthcare AI Agents within the Customer Success organization, focusing on program strategy, execution, and driving measurable customer outcomes. It involves acting as a liaison between Product, Consulting, Sales, and CSMs to build customer journeys, define adoption plans and metrics, and operationalize scalable adoption frameworks. The role analyzes customer adoption data to identify gaps and translate insights into actionable programs, influencing roadmap alignment and enablement strategies. The ultimate goal is to ensure customers achieve maximum value from AI Agents, driving satisfaction, renewals, and revenue growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Oracle Healthcare AI Agents Adoption Program and strategy for both new and existing healthcare customers, driving adoption across pilot, testing, and post-sale phases.
  2. Own and drive cross-functional adoption initiatives, partnering with Product, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to develop scalable programs, processes, and playbooks.
  3. Leverage customer data, insights, and CSM feedback to design targeted strategies that improve adoption, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Act as a primary liaison between Customer Success, Value Realization Analytics and Product teams, ensuring a continuous feedback loop that informs product enhancements and adoption improvements.
  5. Drive customer engagement to ensure high levels of AI Agent integration and utilization, supporting renewals, expansions, and long-term value realization.
