Agentic Capability Engineer

Designs, builds, and maintains the agentic infrastructure that powers AI-driven delivery at scale. Develops AI agents, agent systems, crafting reusable prompt and context engineering patterns, building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and integrating platforms that enable other orchestrators to work.

What you'd actually do

  1. As an Agentic Capability Engineer, you will operate as a platform-focused engineer who designs, builds, and maintains the agentic infrastructure that powers AI-driven delivery at scale.
  2. The ACE develops AI agents, agent systems, crafting reusable prompt and context engineering patterns, building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and integrating platforms that enable other orchestrators to work.
  3. Design agent system architecture and implement DevSecOps practices for AI workflows
  4. Build and maintain AI agents, agent systems, and reusable skills/workflows for delivery teams
  5. Develop and govern prompt, context engineering patterns that produce consistent, high-quality outputs

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated platform or infrastructure impact
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, or integrating AI/ML systems in production environments
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience with prompt engineering and context optimization skills with measurable quality improvements
  • 2+ years of experience designing reusable tools, frameworks, or developer productivity infrastructure

Nice to have

  • Strong security mindset with knowledge of AI-specific risks (prompt injection, data leakage, hallucination)
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into accessible patterns for other engineers
  • Track record of staying current with rapidly evolving AI tools and contributing improvements proactively
