Salesforce is seeking an Agentic Business Consultant to drive go-to-market strategy for their agentforce process automation solutions (Regrello and Apromore). This role involves strategic selling, value architecting, executive influence, leading POC engagements, and providing feedback to Product and Engineering. The ideal candidate needs strong analytical and technical skills, including process mining platforms and SQL/Python, along with "process thinking" and experience in solution consulting or technical sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary solution leader on complex deals.
  2. Define and pitch a multi-year "Value Roadmap" for customers, moving beyond a single use case to show how Agentforce can transform their entire operations.
  3. Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) in C-suite presentations, translating technical "Agentic" capabilities into business outcomes like working capital optimization and risk mitigation.
  4. Lead and manage 4–5 week POC engagements. While you will build, the focus is on proving the business case and securing technical buy-in to close the deal.
  5. Partner with Product and Engineering to provide real-world feedback, ensuring the Regrello roadmap aligns with the "big rock" problems you are solving in the field.
