Agentic Gtm Lead

This role focuses on driving AI-powered sales execution by identifying, designing, and testing AI-led workflows to improve seller productivity and merchant outcomes. It involves early-stage experimentation and validation of agentic, automated commercial systems, partnering with Product and Engineering, and evaluating AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify high-impact opportunities to automate or reinvent seller workflows across acquisition, onboarding, and expansion
  2. Design and execute AI-led pilots, including defining hypotheses, success criteria, and measurement frameworks
  3. Partner with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable solutions
  4. Evaluate 1P and 3P AI tools, building structured recommendations for investment and adoption
  5. Quantify impact and define clear pathways to scale successful solutions into the Seller Tech roadmap

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Ops, Product Ops, or similar roles in a high-growth tech environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and commercial teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience building business cases and defining success metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and broader GTM tech ecosystems
  • Experience working with or implementing AI-driven tools, automation, or workflow technologies

Nice to have

  • Experience working on 0→1 initiatives, pilots, or incubation programs in ambiguous environments
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or agent-based systems applied to business workflows
  • Background in sales, customer success, or commercial operations at scale
  • Ability to evaluate vendor ecosystems and make build vs buy recommendations
