Agentic Transformation Consultant, Delta, Google Cloud Consulting (japanese, English)

This role focuses on guiding enterprise customers in adopting AI, specifically agentic AI, to drive business outcomes. The consultant will work with C-suite executives to reimagine business functions, design AI-augmented operating models, and create transformation roadmaps. Key responsibilities include designing human-in-the-loop touchpoints, governance frameworks, and change management plans for AI agent systems. While the role involves understanding and strategizing around agentic AI, it does not involve direct development or research of AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the C-suite and executives to identify and prioritize core business areas (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer operations).
  2. Develop the strategic roadmap and business case for transformation, articulating a compelling goal of the future state and quantifying the expected Profit and Loss (P&L) impact.
  3. Design the human-in-the-loop touchpoints and governance frameworks required to manage and trust a workforce of AI agents.
  4. Create and oversee the change management plan, ensure that the client's people, culture, and skill sets evolve in concert with their new agentic systems.
  5. Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, ensure success through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Skills

Required

  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Experience leading technology transformations, with specific methodologies for mitigating organizational resistance from management layers.
  • Experience delivering cloud adoption or cloud digital innovation programs to enterprise companies.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a product manager owning the lifecycle of a data-intensive enterprise product in an AI/ML platform or large-scale automation system.
  • Experience in developing cloud business cases and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis aligning technology costs to business value metrics.
  • Understanding of the AI landscape, including predictive, generative, principles, and potential of agentic AI systems.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the time.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for an executive audience.
  • Ability to design new, simplified, and faster business architectures that leverage real-time data and automated processing.
