Agentic Treasury Product Strategy Director-payments-executive Director

JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase · Banking · New York, NY +1 · Commercial & Investment Bank

This role is for a Principal, Agentic Treasury Product Strategy within the Product Organization at JPMorgan Chase. The primary focus is to define and deliver an agentic treasury platform that maps to real-world treasury workflows and decision-making. The individual will engage with corporate treasury leaders to identify workflow gaps and translate these into product priorities, working closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists. What you'd actually do

  1. Engage corporate treasury leaders to identify workflow gaps, data friction, and decision bottlenecks that our product should solve.
  2. Synthesize qualitative input from client conversations into structured insights that inform product prioritization.
  3. Define corporate treasury workflows (e.g. cash positioning, intraday liquidity management, payment initiation and reconciliation, foreign exchange exposure management, and bank relationship management) into clear product requirements.
  4. Evaluate where agentic and AI-native capabilities create meaningful leverage in treasury workflows and where they introduce operational, control, or adoption risk.
  5. Challenge product direction when proposed capabilities add friction, weaken controls, or fail to align to practitioner reality.
