This role is for an Agile Programmatic Solutions Consultant within Amazon Ads, focusing on driving customer success through strategic project-based engagements on the Amazon DSP. The consultant will manage customer onboarding, migrations, feature adoption, and account expansion, acting as a client-facing expert in advertising technology and programmatic advertising. Key responsibilities include project ownership from scoping to measurement, delivering targeted services, analyzing data for improvements, driving self-service enablement, and gathering customer feedback for product development. The role emphasizes building customer sophistication and self-sufficiency, working closely with internal teams to deliver measurable results within defined project timelines.

What you'd actually do

  1. Taking full ownership of project-based customer engagements — from scoping and planning through execution and measurement — across a range of strategic use cases including onboarding, migrations, beta testing, and account expansion
  2. Delivering targeted services such as onboarding support, feature training, platform consultation, and campaign strategy guidance within structured, time-bound engagements, with a focus on building customer sophistication at every stage
  3. Analyzing and interpreting data to rapidly identify improvement areas, root causes, and actionable recommendations that drive customer outcomes within project timelines
  4. Driving self-service enablement by developing scalable resources, repeatable frameworks, and customer-facing guidance that reduce dependency and accelerate independent platform proficiency
  5. Driving the evolution of Amazon DSP by supporting customers through product beta participation, capturing and synthesizing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists)
