This role focuses on advancing agile methodologies within a financial services context, guiding teams through the product development lifecycle to foster innovation and high-quality solution delivery. The Senior Associate will coach teams, facilitate discussions, and manage resources to achieve project goals, with a preference for candidates with AI tooling experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Facilitate the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams and provide guidance, training, and support to propel continuous improvement and high performance
  2. Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
  3. Enable agile project delivery by facilitating the prioritization of tasks and managing resources to effectively address complex situations to achieve project goals
  4. Analyze and interpret policies, identify key barriers, and apply your critical thinking skills to address challenges within the product development lifecycle

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices
  • Hands on experience in using tools like Jira
  • Comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams
  • Proficiency in agile delivery and agile approaches
  • Ability to coach teams and strive for continuous improvement and high performance

Nice to have

  • Formal Agile coaching training and recognized certifications (Kanban, Scrum Master, SAFe, ICAgile, or similar)
  • Technical or development experience (Java/OOP, scripting, or infrastructure development)
