This role focuses on enabling AI adoption within government sectors by creating content, building communities, and delivering training on tools like ChatGPT. It's a product-focused role that supports user adoption and understanding of AI tools, rather than building the AI itself.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead hands-on trainings and workshops to help government users get confident with ChatGPT.
  2. Design and grow communities of practice across state, local, federal, and international governments, including location, role-based and mission-based communities.
  3. Serve as the _source of truth_ for maintaining government-focused content, including training materials, enablement guides, playbooks, FAQs, customer impact stories, and messaging.
  4. Plan and execute government-focused events: workshops, listening tours, roundtables, panels, hackathons, community showcases, and more.
  5. Highlight and celebrate government “wins,” champions, and creative uses of ChatGPT.
