AI Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for driving F5's AI growth agenda across NVIDIA Cloud Partners, Sovereign AI infrastructure providers, and Enterprise AI customers in ANZ. It focuses on strategic relationship development, ecosystem engagement, and early-stage opportunity creation for AI infrastructure, platforms, and services. The AI BDM will work cross-functionally to position F5 as a critical component of secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI infrastructure and AI application delivery, operating ahead of traditional sales motions to shape demand and accelerate opportunities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive F5’s AI business development motion across: NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCPs), Sovereign AI and regulated cloud providers, AI‑focused infrastructure operators and platforms
  2. Establish and maintain senior executive relationships across partner and customer organizations
  3. Influence AI platform and infrastructure strategies by engaging early with technical and business decision‑makers
  4. Identify, qualify, and shape enterprise AI opportunities including: GenAI platforms and services, AI inference and model‑serving environments, Multi‑tenant and Sovereign AI platforms
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers navigating AI adoption complexity.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years’ experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or Alliances
  • Proven success engaging C‑level and VP‑level stakeholders
  • Experience operating across complex partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of Cloud and hybrid infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of AI platforms and workloads
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise and regulated environments
  • Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions
  • Experience with AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or hyperscale ecosystems
  • Exposure to NVIDIA‑aligned platforms, GPU cloud providers, or AI service providers
  • Background engaging regulated industries (government, finance, telco, critical infrastructure)
  • Comfortable working in early‑stage, evolving AI GTM environments
