This role is for an AI Business Process Sales Specialist focused on driving end-to-end business transformation for strategic customers in the Telco or Retail industries. The specialist will lead sales engagements, build C-suite relationships, and collaborate with partners to deliver AI, Automation, CRM, and ERP solutions. The role emphasizes understanding how AI can enhance customer value and enable business transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive connected, end-to-end business transformation solutions across multiple business units within the target customers
  2. Lead all stages of the sales process, including account and opportunity planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution
  3. Establish and build C-Suite and Business Decision Maker (BDM) relationships as an industry aligned Business Applications solution expert.
  4. Collaborate with and energise internal and external partners to accelerate deal cycles and deliver beyond customer expectations at all times.
  5. Prioritize driving AI Transformation to maximise client value and differentiate solutions.

Skills

Required

  • Technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Experience selling into Telco OR Retail

Nice to have

  • Significant solution or services sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of CRM and/or ERP applications including Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Relationship Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain Management and Commerce and how they translate into business impact and value
  • Keen and up to date understanding of how AI can enhance customer value and enable business transformation in the above areas.
