What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategic account planning and ROB cadences to align business priorities with Microsoft’s Business Applications portfolio.
  2. Drive customer innovation by aligning business needs with Microsoft’s Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
  3. Orchestrate the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity discovery to deal closure, ensuring alignment with account strategy.
  4. Validate and integrate partner solutions into customer engagements.
  5. Aptitude for vigorous sales activities with high quality and quantity from a customer obsession mindset.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent Japanese

  • Understanding and business experience with low-code platforms and business applications

  • 7+ years of solution sales or account management experience
  • Experience with selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions to large enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to sell solutions with connected end-to-end business transformation across business units within enterprise accounts
  • Leading/orchestrating sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and engaging in sophisticated business case discussions
  • Disciplined operator with demonstrated accuracy in forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene
