This role is a solution sales specialist focused on driving AI-powered business transformation for enterprise clients using Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI technologies. The role involves engaging with business and IT leaders, developing account strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and managing the sales cycle from opportunity development to value realization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with enterprise business and IT stakeholders to identify strategic challenges and align AI-driven solutions with customer priorities
  2. Drive solution selling engagements centered on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI technologies to achieve business outcomes
  3. Develop and execute account strategies that support long-term customer success and digital transformation initiatives
  4. Collaborate with internal technical teams, partners, and Global Black Belts (GBBs) to create and advance opportunities
  5. Position Microsoft solutions effectively by understanding competitive offerings and articulating differentiated value propositions

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience

Nice to have

  • MBA, Master's degree in Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field with 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
