Position Summary
Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Lead requirements gathering efforts to define, prioritize, and refine AI use cases aligned to business needs and stakeholder objectives.
- Translate business requirements into actionable AI concepts, user experience considerations, and prototype/demo requirements.
- Design and develop AI tool demonstrations to showcase capabilities, validate use cases, and support leadership and stakeholder discussions.
- Create training scripts, communications, and enablement materials to support workshops, events, and broader change adoption activities.
- Support the planning and delivery of workshops and stakeholder sessions, including agenda development, content preparation, and follow-up communications.

Qualifications
Required**: **
4+ years of professional experience
1+ years of change management experience, focusing on AI tools, including requirements gathering for AI use cases, development of demos of AI tools, coordinating product launches, and/or creation of training scripts and communications related to workshops
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Ability to travel 30% - 50%, on average, to client sites in and around Alexandria, VA, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Ability to obtain and maintain required government Public Trust
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
