AI Change Management Senior Analyst

This role focuses on change management for AI implementations within the HR function, helping clients understand and adopt AI tools. Responsibilities include gathering requirements for AI use cases, designing AI tool demonstrations, and creating training materials to support adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead requirements gathering efforts to define, prioritize, and refine AI use cases aligned to business needs and stakeholder objectives.
  2. Translate business requirements into actionable AI concepts, user experience considerations, and prototype/demo requirements.
  3. Design and develop AI tool demonstrations to showcase capabilities, validate use cases, and support leadership and stakeholder discussions.
  4. Create training scripts, communications, and enablement materials to support workshops, events, and broader change adoption activities.
  5. Support the planning and delivery of workshops and stakeholder sessions, including agenda development, content preparation, and follow-up communications.

  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • 1+ years of change management experience, focusing on AI tools
