This role involves reviewing, editing, and refining AI-generated copy for various marketing and sales materials. The AI Copywriter will use AI tools to generate first drafts, then rewrite and fact-check them for accuracy, tone, and brand voice. The role also includes publishing content, managing a content calendar, and collaborating with other teams. Experience with AI writing tools and strong editing skills are essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Review, edit, and refine AI-generated copy for blogs, case studies, product pages, email campaigns, social posts, and sales enablement materials.
  2. Use AI content tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, etc) to generate first drafts, then rewrite and fact-check them for accuracy, tone, and brand voice.
  3. Publish finalized content to platforms including our CMS, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
  4. Maintain a content calendar and meet tight production deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.
  5. Apply Socure's brand voice and style guide consistently across all content types.

Skills

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, journalism, or a related field (internships count).
  • Genuine comfort using AI writing tools daily — you've already built a workflow around them.
  • Strong editing instincts: you can spot weak logic, off-brand tone, and factual gaps in a draft within minutes.
  • Excellent written English with a clean, clear style that simplifies complex ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple content requests in parallel and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
  • Familiarity with at least one CMS (WordPress, Contentful, or similar) and basic publishing workflows.
  • A portfolio of 3–5 writing samples (AI-assisted work is welcome; show us your editing process).

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and keyword-informed writing.
  • Experience writing for a B2B SaaS or regulated industry audience.
